We only accept returns in the following situations:
The product was damaged during delivery
The wrong product was delivered
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and unopened
The product must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved:
The refund will be processed using the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
